- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Really bad customer service since being taken over constant problems with my medication order. My dad has dosit box has had over 12 months this time instead of just the one item that I have to add for him this time it's 4 things they have not put in boxes. Again my boxes expected all my meds except the one that I know they can't put in but this did not happen 4 items separate one item they had not even ordered for me so I had to go and get from dr. Last 2 months my prescriptions have been a problem. I also have told them on several occasions that I changed dr a few months ago and still they keep going to my old dr for scrips then this causes a delay in me getting my medication will no longer be using them.by Hetty AtkinsDecember 14, 2016
